285HVs just aren't that interesting any more, there are so many good
options out there.
The YN560iii flashes would be better if yongnuo would get around to
releasing the (now 6 months late) YN560TX.
But currently, I'm really liking my Godox V850s (which are nice and
cheap) and AD360s (not so much).
It really is so nice to not have AAs in them anymore. And of course,
remote power control...

OTOH - I already have the 285HVs. ... and the Quantum Turbo Batteries
to power them.
I see no need to replace what already works.
