Yes, it does make it more obvious, but I still contend it’s not a slam dunk. His arm could be bent within that sleeve, so we might be seeing both part of the forearm and upper arm there. It doesn’t look right, but I’m not sure that the weirdness isn’t an illusion created by the garments.
