You could make one from a hot-shoe PC Sync adapter with a plastic foot
that would slide into the hot-shoe without damaging the camera.

The third image shows what the bottom of the foot looks like. I've also
seen them with just a plain plastic foot; one that doesn't have the brass
1/4-inch screw insert.
