Should I expect 675 batteries (nominally 1.45V, though brand new Rayovacs are reading 1.38V on my multimeter) to power the meter on an MX?
I'm not getting any reading from the meter at all now. At the weekend, the LEDs for underexposure would show, but none would show for correct or overexposure. A week or so ago it seemed to be working correctly. I'm hoping that this was the effect of batteries marginally within the required voltage rather than a problem with the meter!
