Nothing like a bike event to get me out of my photographic doldrums. Race the Place was an urban bike race, sort of a messenger-ish thing but it attracted lots of roadies as well. More on the race later.
There were lots of bike culture events including bike polo: http://knarfdummyblog.blogspot.ca/2014/04/bike-polo-not-for-faint-of-heart.html?m=1 A team came up from New York and the action was quite physical (but always clean and friendly).
