Select all the images you want to operate on in the Library grid view.
Go to the Develop module.
At the bottom of the right hand panel, click the left switch to 'apply changes 
to all selected'.
Do whatever you intend to do to all of them. 

Don't forget to un-check the switch or deselect all when you've finished with 
all the "apply to all" operations.
