The book is about 99% done at this point. Doug emailed me the foreword this afternoon and I received it right after getting home from school. It's now al formatted and in place (all I'll say at this point is that it'll get your attention when you read it).
I have an appointment to chat with Dr. Carlos Rodriguez-Galindo, who runs the Global Health Initiative, on Tuesday. I'll get some information on current status and progress and maybe a head shot or two.
