I will admit I'm probably enjoying this too much, but ...

I read that Adobe was hosting some kind of multi-day Digital Marketing
Summit in London pushing their "cloud" service and the outage happened
right in the middle of that event:

I don't think they've even begun to start figuring out how much the
outage cost Adobe's customers.
