I have no "Facebook preferences" other than wanting Facebook to go away
and leave me alone.

In addition to the PDML, I get email from Facebook in my Yahoo account.

I get one just about every day telling me I have "Notifications
Pending".

I don't, because I've set my Facebook preferences to turn off email
notifications that I don't want to get.

I mark them as JUNK/SPAM, but what do I have to do to get Yahoo to
stop delivering them to my inbox?

In Gmail, I use filters to put emails like that in a folder, bypassing
the inbox. I don't use Yahoo Mail, but it looks like similar
functionality is available:

How many times do you have to tell Yahoo they're SPAM before Yahoo
gets the message?

Probably a lot, because Yahoo knows the difference between actual spam
and "email John doesn't feel like reading".

I didn't sign up for Facebook. They're sending me unsolicited commercial
email. That's SPAM any way you slice it!

What's the address for forwarding SPAM to the FCC/FTC/FBI/CIA ...?

That definitely sounds like a reasonable solution to the problem,
compared to changing your Facebook email preferences, or setting up
mail filters.

Fine! I will settle for having whoever gave my email address to Facebook
staked out naked; smeared from head to toe with honey & habaƱero peppers
and left to the tender mercies of swarming South American Army Ants.
