They do appear to be actually coming from Facebook. The one time I clicked on the link it took me to Facebook's Login page.
i haven't clicked any of mine, but faking website login pages is pretty much what i'd expect from this kind of spam; did you double-check the URL was literally facebook.com?
another possibility — Yahoo is known to be recycling email addresses; there are a lot of John Sessoms on Facebook, so perhaps one of them had your email address a few years ago
