Not really. Injured pets, some injured wildlife, and especially injured raptors ... there are resources I could call on.
But for something like "regular" birds, no. It didn't make it through the night. I found it in the yard this morning when I took my breakfast scraps out to my compost bin. I don't know if a cat got it (it's not torn up) or if it just expired from its injuries. One thing that's giving me trouble identifying it is it doesn't appear to have the glossy feathers most of the blackbirds are described as having. It's a fairly uniform dark grey. I'd even call it black, except that the head *is* black & there's enough difference you can really see the rest of it is not quite black. It has a dark eye (black or dark brown) and the undercarriage is dark brown or black. PS: I hope this makes it through. Roadrunner is EFFED-UP again and Yahoo is trying to send this as HTML.
