I got a FX-to-PK adapter for my X-T1 and slapped a D-FA 100mm F2.8 on it and had loads of fun: https://www.tbray.org/ongoing/When/201x/2014/05/30/Fuji-X-plus-Pentax-100mm
that's a good ad for the versatility of vintage Pentax glass; i have a Macro-Takumar 50mm (screw mount) that is used exclusively on a Pannasonic GH-1, and now a G5, where it works quite nicely; once you're using an adapter, you've lost autofocus, so all those cheap MF lenses become more interesting; eventually i'll have an μ4/3 (or maybe Fuji) body with focus peaking, which will make the 50mm macro more usable
i note you suggest the DFA 100mm Macro *WR* at the end of the post; i understand it does not have an aperture ring, so unless you have a very special adapter (definitely not the fotodiox), it's going to be frustrating adapted to mirrorless
