Yes, this is a problem. Anyone who has a tendency to blink will do so on the first flash and when the exposure flash is made you catch them with their eyes closed. When using my older 280T flash, this does not happen, but the exposure is not as good as with the 360FGZ ...the P-TTL exposures are bang on.
