Oh - I didn't even realize Jack, that you thought it was the Grand
Canyon -- because of the geology as opposed to geometry :-) ) isn't
right either.. I think Yellowstone might be right.. But also, what about
the snake river in IDaho? The canyon walls definitely look like
volcanics - rim trees look like the Ponderosa
Googling images for "yellowstone river canyon" seem to confirm Yellowstone
