Thanks, Jack. That is really a test shot of this concept. I just received the lens this morning, and had to go home at lunch time to let the dog out, as my wife is away. Just to see that the lens was functioning, I tried to do this hand held, which of course is not a good idea. It was starting to rain, and I had to get back to the office, so I didn't have time to get the tripod and set it up properly, but I wanted to see how it was going to look.
I can now go back with the tripod and try to get a better image out of this.
