Cecchi's book is definitely an important and useful reference for almost all items Pentaxia up through the first AF bodies. It's a bit spotty here and there, but of course it must have been difficult to find all of the information needed. (It may also suffer here and there from translation into English from Italian, too.) It's now over ten years old, and it would be great if there were to be a revision (but I'm not holding my breath on that one). Overall, it's well worth owning, for those interested in details of Pentax history. Fred - This message is from the Pentax-Discuss Mail List.
