A couple of weeks ago I put up a bird feeder. It took the birds several days to find it but now we have a daily bun fight. We must be feeding birds from far & wide because they are consuming about 1kg of seed a day! 6 species so far. The photography is quite difficult because the birds are very skittish & one needs to get with 5m. Then the question of exposure. A high ISO is necessary to get a high enough shutter speed for hand-held work & unfortunately the K7 sensor is a bit noisy. Noise reduction smoothes the detail too much. I am on a learning curve here so any helpful comments are gratefully encouraged.
