Hi, Dave, I don't remember what Mark charged me for shipping, but I can tell you it came by Post, and took about a week. Damned Customs Canada dinged me for about $14 for Duty or whatever. I hate that. I have about a 25% rate of stuff that gets mailed from the US getting hit by customs, and this was one of them. Poop.
