We are no longer the Pentax Service Center as of August 1st, 2014. RICOH IMAGING is currently in the process of moving the factory service location from Arizona to Connecticut. RICOH regrets to inform you that this will cause some delays with your repair and they apologize for this inconvenience. They expect service operations to resume by 8/15/14 at the new location. The information for the new location is listed below. We recommend that you contact the new service location after August 1, 2014 for information on sending your unit in for service.
