Impressive gallery! I'm surprised that fellow was riding a bike with gears. Figured they'd be too modern. ;-)
When I lived in Kitchener (formerly Berlin), Ontario there was a large Mennonite community there. Not the same as Amish but they do eschew the modern ways. Their buggies and wagons were near-identical to the ones you photographed. Looks like beautiful farm country. Thoroughly enjoyed your photos.
