Note that Perfect Effects is one of 8 modules that make up Perfect Photo Suite. IIRC, their Perfect Resize module is based on the old Fractals (?) tool. The modules can be used stand-alone so if you want the Effects module, this is a good deal! The whole suite doesn’t cost very much. Check their website for tutorials and “demonstrations” on using the software - I think it could be quite useful if one took the time to learn to use the tools. Once you have the Effects module, you’ll be getting periodic batches of new effects to add to your library. As well as periodic offers to buy the rest of the suite.
