Those look the same as the Opteka and are a good bit cheaper. Good find!

I must be the same as the Opteka. It would be a crazy discovery if two
different brands of Q tubes exist and none for PK mount

I ordered a set of the Opteka tubes for the Q last week and they arrived
today.
First impressions: They work as advertised retaining full AF and aperture
control etc. They have full contacts so everything functions as you'd
expect. But - the AF gets somewhat unreliable at higher magnifications.
Build quality seems to be good.
The only issue I note is that 10, 16 and 21mm tubes are quite long for the
focal lengths and small sensor size. With the 10mm tube the 8.5mm is already
over 1:1 lifesized. Given the sensor size, lifesized = a subject frame with
a 6-7mm diagonal.
The shorter tubes seem to work very well on the 15-45 f2.8 tele zoom and it
retains usable AF as well. Some quick grab shots of a dime using the 10mm
and 16mm tube and that lens. These are uncropped frames and as close as I
could get to maximum magnification. Working room was about 8 inches from the
front of the lens for the first shot and about 5 inches for the 2nd. Flash
was done using a DIY diffuser on the built in flash (the design that Tione
shared some time ago.)

I hope to run this setup through its paces in the next week or so.
I also picked up a Case Logic DCB 304 for the Q kit for about $10. Finally
the right size bag - comfortably holds the Q, batteries, cards, 4 lenses,
tubes and other bits and bobs - just big enough but still dang small...
