I finally found the link back to WIllows I... I think that academically #II is the stronger photo in that the foreground elements (i.e. the rocks) in #I are broken up a bit - they are in two separate parts of the frame... but; I really like the submerged rocks int he first frame. I just contributed to the air of magic and mystery in the image. So #I is more engaging to me despite a few minor flaws. It's a tough call...
