Such a grid, were it to exist, would almost certainly cost at least
2-3 times what that little softbox costs. Not much of a market for
that. Not that it's a bad idea; it'd be kinda like a really small
beauty dish that produces an area of light larger than a bare gridded
speedlight.

I usually slap a Honl grid on a speedlight to get a small circle of
light. Should be pretty close to a grid on the Lumiquest if you
position it further away. I've used that to brighten a face when in
shadow.
