Here's the view I had when I took my food break in Purau Bay. The bike is on such a lean because the wind was pretty strong and I didn't want it to tip over. I had to keep good control of my drink bottle while I sat and ate.
Off the left of the frame was a gathering of old VWs. On the way out I was passed by what seemed to be every Porsche in Christchurch. I assumed they stopped at Diamond Harbour as it's a popular destination to stop and have an ice cream, and there's a good park for such gatherings. Two weeks ago it was a muscle car club with lots of Mustangs. http://gallery.multi.net.nz/photo/854/#peso I think I've overdone the shadows slightly. The room is brightly lit and my editing monitor isn't as bright as my viewing one.
