No, those dummies won't work for dummies in the flesh, as it has no
viewfinder and no shutter. You need that kind of stuff to get the true Leica
experience without the annoyance of the pictures.
However, that Magnum random thing looks promising...

What would really be useful would be one that no matter what you're pointing
the camera at, when you click the shutter it gives you a random photo from
the Magnum archives.
