I know what you mean.  I have had excellent customer service with some 
services, but in general, if I have to call utility companies it’s a genuine 
miserable experience.

Yep, it’s a great option to have in LR 6.

Yep, that’s what the tutorials suggest.  I really like Julian Kost’s tutorials. 
 Right after download was done, I went to the what’s new section and watched 
her tutorials on the new features.  She does recommend if you do a HDR pano to 
make your HDR adjustments first, then merge the HDR adjusted frames as a pano, 
then tweak the pano more if necessary.
