I'm with Bill in awaiting for the arrival of a FF camera. I am pretty
sure that none of the normal zooms I have will cut the muster with a FF
DSLR, and don't know about my other glass. So - moving to FF may be more
costly than just the camera so I am trying to stay conservative for now.
That said the AF160 FC ring flash for macro is pretty tempting....

On my trip to Pittsburgh, I realized that I don't have a good travel
tripod. I bought the one I have now very shortly after I started
using a DSLR, and it was better than the $20 tripods that you can pick
up anyplace, but still so wobbly that I lost a lot of night time
exposures to camera blur. The one I recently discovered is the Benro
A1190t travel flat. For some reason the A2190t simply is no longer
available. It is going for $142 various places, and ends up being
about the same length, and about three times the width of the monopod
that I always carry in the laptop pocket of my camera bag.
The two lenses that are at the top of my wish list are both Sigma.
The 18-35/1.8 isn't quite as sharp as my 31, but it's probably a lot
better than my Sigma 20/1.8. It also has the versatility of a zoom,
and the speed of a prime. It would save me a lot of lens changing when
photographing dance events.
The other lens I often find myself wishing I had is the sigma 35/1.4
art lens. I think this one might actually even be full frame
capable. The 2/3 stop in speed between it and 1.8 doesn't seem like
much, but it often means the difference between shooting at 1/20 and
1/13 which is right on the edge of where camera blur and motion blur
become issues. I often find myself shooting with my 50/1.4, even when
I don't really have the room for it, just because I need that extra
bit of speed.
