The widest rectilinear zoom with an aperture ring is the FA 20-35mm
f4.0. There's a 24-90mm FA 3.5~4.8 and an M, A, and and F 20-50mm f4.0
all sharing the same optical formula. Those are pretty much your
choices for lenses with aperture rings. Except for the F 17-28mm
fisheye zoom.
