The sigma 10-20mm should bring $250-300 (plus shipping on eBay). If you sell locally (Craigslist) you should be able to get a similar price, if not a bit more. People will ordinarily pay a little more for something they can hold in their hand and inspect before paying. They also would need to add shipping costs onto anything they buy on eBay. There are a lot of different Tamron models it could be, for the 90mm macro. I'm guessing in the $150 range but could be more or less depending upon the age/model.
Your body's price depends a lot on condition/shutter clicks and what comes with (battery chargers, boxes, etc.) but I'm sure that they will bring the most disappointing prices, compared to what you originally spent. I doubt they are going to be worth MORE by waiting to sell them, however. So I'd recommend either keeping them for sentimental reasons or getting what you can, if the dollars will be reinvested in other equipment.
