I think we went through that same toll booth on our way to visit the
Great Wall in 2010, although we went to the section at Mutianyu.

This tool boot is in China, on the outskirts of Beijing, This is where
most visitors pass to reach the parking lot and visitors' center of
the Great Wall of China at Badaling. We approached from a different
direction, as our driver was avoiding the traffic on the main highway.
This facility is magnificent, with modern facilities and flowers
everywhere, and gives easy access to one of the most dramatic
stretches of the wall.
