Thanks, Jack, David and Alan. It was an absolutely perfect day, and I think attendance that day broke the record for this festival. Unfortunately, the "mass ascension" was delayed almost an hour, and didn't happen until the sun was very low behind the launch, making photography quite difficult. Fortunately, I showed up at 6:00 AM for the morning inflation and ascension, and most of my images of the balloons (rather than the crowd) were taken Saturday morning.
