The airport at which the festival is held is only a couple of miles
from my home, but it took 40 minutes to get there.  Fortunately, I had
a VIP parking pass, which cut out the long walk from the big parking
lot to the entrance.

I have been to the festival in each of the past 4 years, usually at
least twice every year.  It is definitely worth fighting the traffic.
Besides more than 100  balloons, there are sky divers, rock concerts,
carnival rides, venders of all kinds and all sorts of food, including
barbeque, funnel cakes, crepes, bacon wrapped hot dogs, and Authentic
Wisconsin Deep-Fried Cheese Curds:
