I contacted Ann to confirm that her exhibit in the Comfort Diner downtown was still closed, but suggested we try to get together for a late lunch someplace. It turned out that our meeting was across the street from the other Comfort Diner, the one on 45th Street and Third Avenue. Since Lee and I were on a tight schedule, Ann was gracious enough to travel up to meet us in the diner.
