This is a very interesting photo, and I am surprised that only Frank 
responded so far. So that I had to break out of my "being busy" streak to 
comment on it.


  I've been looking at it for the second day, trying to figure 
out and verbalize what it reminds me of, but without much of success.
The combination of the B&W, grain, shadows, OOF background -- it is nicely 
stylized as a photo from 60-70s, possibly as a shot from a movie. -- 
That's the main comparison that comes to my mind.

The only thing that I would wish is more space around it, but I suspect 
that you either didn't have the width of the lens, or the surrounding was 
cluttered.
