From the orange antennae I believe she's a European Paper Wasp, an
invasive alien species that's been here for about 35 years. Problem is
that they're much more successful than the Northern Paper Wasp so they
may be pushing them out of their usual areas.
Europeans have historically always been more successful than native
American species.
