I don’t know the area well but did have several business trips to NE Orlando, U Cntrl Fla neighborhood. In my “what to do while I’m here” searches I came up with many fine birding opportunities. Not prime season, but a search for Florida Birding Trail and similar might give you some ideas for specific outings…
