You can create this in PS Elements as well: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KOeGcuNywYg There are various tutorials for those who want a go at this without the expense of a tilt/shift lens. I've got several in mind for this myself, but as they are slides, I've got to scan them first etc. Would have liked to see the show but it isn't available for my geographical area (or so it says whilst refusing to play it!).
