Sorry, my bad. I didn't realize that I could watch that I have access to that because of my ISP (Suddenlink) that probably provides free access to the Cable-TV subscribers.
Well, people in the regions where it is aired, can watch "The Late Show" on TV. The tilt-shift portion is at the every show, after the introductory portion which is probably some 5 minutes. It's actually a rather cute visual "accent" of this show.
