Sorry, Bill and Bulent. I used the link in the email to "view this email in a browser," which apparently works only for me. I can not forward the email to the PDML, because it is not to the email address I use here and because it is not in plain text.
Basically, the email is a "special offer" of the K-3 II for $100 less than their regular list price.
