I have to say I personally find Mt Rushmore the most boring NP I've ever visited - and rather consider the sculpture as an insult to nature. The garishness of the odd lighting effect backs up my opinion... but what I like a lot about the photo is how cool it is that the big dipper is soclear and placed perfectly- much nicer to look at than the presidents too. :-)

If you can bringdown the brightness of the lights on the faces of the presidents I think it wouldbe even more interesting...
the gawkers are good..
