Thanks, Frank! It was a ton of fun doing this shoot! Technical details: Pentax K-5 with DA*16-50/2.8 (@26mm), 1/4 sec at f/8 and ISO 400 (manual exposure). We had one of those newfangled multi-LED studio lights at camera right, high. And I used the AF540-FGZ on a cable near the floor at left. I set the flash for two stops underexposure. All this was arrived at by trial and error, by the way, because I basically don't know what I'm doing in the studio. But I knew the effect I wanted hence the 1/4 second shutter speed ;-) Alas, the zombie in the center of the photo moved far too much during the exposure, so I pasted in her face from a separate shot. -- Mark Roberts - Photography & Multimedia www.robertstech.com -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
