I've been to both, and it's just the vibe.

The headline that always starts "Florida Man..." followed by an incident that's either head scratchingly stupid or weird also helps. Not to mention the couple of cases of assailants attempting to eat their victims faces while hopped up on "bath salts", which after the fact blood testing didn't find in their systems, so cause and motive are still a mystery, (you can't ask them, both attacked responding officers so violently that they both ended up dead).

Arkansas just because everything weird you hear about in western Tennessee seems to originate there. Case in point.
