Yes, this is correct.  On the Super Program, "down" only goes down and
stops, it doesn't cycle around to 1/2000 and back down again like an ME
super.  Also, if you hold the buttons down, the speeds cycle faster on
the ME super.  Pity this didn't carry over to the Super Program.
