I actually wonder about the liability situation. There's an underlying assumption in the system that if you have the barcode you have the ticket. If push came to shove would that be upheld? Speaking of assumptions, I assume there'd be a CCTV camera somewhere in the vicinity of the scanning machine. My wife had actually drawn that horse in her office sweepstake so she was quite pleased.
