She has an absolutely striking face. As usual with you, the photo is 
technically flawless.

I'm looking at it on my phone,  and when I "enlarge" it, effectively cropping 
it just below her left hand, I find it a much more compelling image. It focuses 
my attention on her face.

I find everything below her hand (most specifically her breast, nipples and the 
tattoo, to be a distraction.

I'm sure those things are important elements of the photo to you; they must be, 
 because they appear in so many of your photos - LOL - however in this case I 
wonder if they detract from a ~very~ strong portrait.
