I'm salivating. I love raspberries. Some friends of ours gave us some cuttings from their "tree" earlier this year and they're happily sprouting away in some large pots. We sometimes water their garden when they're away on holiday and we're allowed to help ourselves to any berries which would otherwise go to waste. They're the best raspberries I've ever tasted, by far.
FWIW the only things I'll allow on a pavlova are kiwifruit and raspberries... and maybe a little chocolate (usually a good dark, lightly grated over the top).
