Facetime is built into OS X (Macs) and iOS (iPads & iPhones), so Windows, Chromebook and Android users are out of luck; Facetime is pretty nice, though — i have mediocre cellular signal at home, so if i am on a call and start breaking up, i can tap the Facetime button and my call is converted to a video call over wifi with great clarity
