Actually, my interest in this thing is mostly triggered by the advent of 
the Provia 400F. It can easily be pushed to 800ISO or even 1600ISO. Now at 
800ISO the sunny 16 rule says you can shoot at 1/3200s at F:8. Enough to 
suppress most vibrations. Hell, I can even shoot from my car window with 
this outfit!
