Seriously Darren, nobody approves PDML memberships, Doug Brewer runs the
server, but the process is automatic. You subscribe which registers
your email address, and away you go.
If you know someone who is unable to join and post it's most likely a
problem with their e-mail client not using the right format.
Well it could be something else. I experienced a really stupid issue
once, entirely my own fault. I have several e-mail accounts that I
access through the same Thunderbird mail client, I was trying to send
e-mail to the list through an account that I hadn't registered. Since
it wasn't registered the list just ate them. I checked every other
possible problem except that one first.
Most likely if someone isn't able to post it's because their email
client is trying to send HTML, not plain text.
